This issue features two stories. Part one of the six chapter "Neighborhood of the Beast" finds our hero Ivan apartment hunting. His limited budget forces him over the wrong side of the tracks and over his head. "Neighborhood of the Beast" explores the darker side of suburbia that popular culture ignores.
